Desmond Ridder Concussed in preseason finale

Ridder is in concussion protocol following Sunday's 38-12 preseason loss to the Cardinals, per head coach Jonathan Gannon, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Ridder went to the locker room in the second half to be evaluated for a concussion, and the testing revealed a concussion. Prior to exiting the game, Ridder completed 10 of 16 passes for 111 yards and rushed twice for 25 yards. If Ridder is unable to pass the NFL's five-step concussion protocol prior to the Sept. 8 regular-season opener against the Bills, Clayton Tune would back up Kyler Murray.
