Evan Engram Week 3 status TBD

Coach Doug Pederson noted Monday that there's a degree of optimism with regard to Engram's hamstring issue, but acknowledged that it may be a "week-to-week" deal for the tight end.

Though Engram was not among the Jaguars' initial inactives prior to Sunday's loss to the Browns, he suffered a setback during warmups and was then deemed out by the team ahead of kickoff time. For now, Pederson indicated that the Jaguars will have to "see where (Engram) is this week," but at this stage the tight end's status for the next Monday's tilt against the Bills is cloudy. If Engram is unavailable in Week 3, Brenton Strange and Luke Farrell would once again be in line for added snaps.
