Jaylen Warren Set to miss multiple weeks

Warren (hamstring) is slated to miss multiple weeks due to the injury he sustained in Saturday's preseason game against the Bills, and his status for the Sept. 8 season opener against Atlanta has yet to be determined, Grant Gordon of NFL.com reports.

Warren won't suit up for the remainder of the preseason, and it remains to be seen if he'll be available for the start of the regular season. Najee Harris would likely see additional playing time should Warren miss regular-season action, as the two running backs finished the 2023 campaign in a timeshare, while Cordarrelle Patterson could see additional opportunities on offense in a change-of-pace role.
