Addison (ankle) wasn't spotted at practice Friday, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.

Addison has yet to take the practice field since injuring his ankle in Minnesota's regular-season opener, so he will presumably be ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans once the Vikings publish their injury report Friday, though it will be worth checking back for official word on the second-year wide receiver's status. Teammate Justin Jefferson (quadriceps) has been practicing, and Jalen Nailor would be in line to maintain an expanded role if Addison is indeed ruled out.
