Williams (knee) practiced fully Thursday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Williams, who continues to move past the ACL tear he suffered in his left knee Week 3 last season, is thus in line to be available for Monday night's season opener against the 49ers. That said, coach Robert Saleh acknowledged that the Jets will monitor the wideout's reps in Week 1, which figures to lead to Williams being on some form of a pitch count in terms of snaps, even if he feels like he could handle more extensive work versus San Francisco.
