Zay Flowers Sits out Wednesday's practice

Flowers (knee) is not participating in the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Flowers is reportedly trending in the wrong direction for Saturday's wild-card game against the Steelers due to a right knee sprain sustained during Baltimore's regular-season finale, a 35-10 win over the Browns. It's worth noting, though, that head coach John Harbaugh labeled Flowers day-to-day on Monday. Thursday's practice figures to be pivotal for Flowers, as it will be difficult to picture him being cleared to suit up Saturday without getting in at least limited on-field reps prior to the release of the Ravens' final injury report.
